How Nitro sip works
1. Sourcing
I scour NYC for the best roasters, from nano, artisanal roasters to thriving establishments. I seek out intentionally crafted, single origin roasts and build relationships with roasters who share my passion for exceptional coffee. These partnerships allow me to bring you exclusive, hard-to-access and/or hard-to-discover roasts.
2. Curation
Each month, I carefully select two complementary offerings from different roasters per box: one outstanding single-origin and one innovative and experimental. I work closely with the roasters to create a pairing that showcases the best of their offerings and provides you with a diverse and exciting coffee experience.
3. Delivery
On the 15th of every month, your curated coffee box is hand-delivered straight to your door. Each box is thoughtfully packaged to ensure freshness and includes detailed tasting notes and brewing tips. I take great pride in delivering a premium coffee experience that you can look forward to every month.

Welcome to Nitro sip! I'm Makenna, and I'd love to share my passion for specialty coffee with you.
Believe it or not, I haven't always been a coffee lover. In high school, I started working as a barista, thinking I'd be safe from the over indulging in the offerings. Little did I know, that our store's emphasis on single-origin roasts, tasting, pairing, and understanding the coffee we served would ignite a passion that would change my life.
Fast forward 10 years, and I'm now working in tech and an avid specialty coffee consumer. When I moved to NYC, I was blown away by the incredible roaster scene here. The city is home to some of the most talented and innovative roasters in the world. I've made it my mission to meet every roaster, and try their brews as craftfully intended.
I quickly realized that many of these incredible roasters were either unknown or out of reach for the average coffee drinker. That's why I started Nitro sip – to help coffee lovers like you discover and appreciate the diverse and incredible brews this city has to offer, all from the convenience of a carefully curated monthly subscription.
